These terms cover your use of this site and its booking pages (the "Site"), operated by The TradeFlow System ("TradeFlow", "we", "us"). By using the Site or booking a call you agree to them. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms if the two conflict.

Who the Site is for

The Site is for UK solar installation businesses considering our Google Ads, website and local SEO service. It is not directed at homeowners looking for a solar installer, and nothing on it is a quote or an offer to supply solar equipment.

Applications and calls

• Submitting your details is an application to speak with us, not a contract. We may decline to book or continue a call at our discretion.
• Booking a time asks us to ring you at that time. If we cannot reach you, we may try again or email you to rearrange.
• You confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to give them on behalf of your business.

What we do and do not promise

Results described on the Site are those of specific businesses we have worked with and are not a guarantee of what any other business will achieve. Search rankings, lead volumes and installs depend on your market, your pricing and your own sales process as well as our work. "Pay per install" and any other pricing named on a call are offers to discuss, and only the terms in a signed agreement bind either of us.

Intellectual property

The Site, its copy, design and The TradeFlow System name and mark belong to us. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site to submit automated or fraudulent entries, to probe or overload our systems, or in breach of any law. We may block access for misuse.

Third-party services

Scheduling, hosting, analytics and advertising on the Site are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
